How to use: Apply the cream on the areas that will not be trained and massage vigorously with circular movements from the bottom up. The cream will be absorbed quickly by giving a sensation of warmth; thus prepares muscles to training. Since this product has a stimulating action, it could happen that the skin becomes red temporarily.
Warnings: Do not apply on cuts, wounds, eyes, mouth or mucosa. Keep away from frost and possible sources of heat. The duration of the post-opening period, expressed in months, refers to the properly stored product and in normal and foreseeable conditions of use. Keep out of the reach of children.
